Getting Packages!

So about last year, I got a new laptop for Christmas. I was never the less surprised because I asked and begged for one for the longest. (NO I'm not a kid lol but I couldn't afford one on my own) finally my mother got me one. Needless to say I was freaking happy. Mind you this is the end result. (Yes me being happy) My mom ordered the laptop from dell and the order processes and whatnot. They tell us that its going to ship from dell through DHL. (lord no)

Now I don't know if anyone ELSE has had issues with DHL but I know that around the holidays they really don't care WHO they hire vs the normal times. I don't know if anyone who reads this works for DHL but, hell I don't care, them fuckers are the worse!

FIRST they claimed that no one was home, which was a lie because I was off the few days that it was supposed to show up.
THEN they said that they left it with a neighbor. Now don't get me wrong, I kinda (VERY LITTLE) trust my neighbors around my apartment, only because I never really see the people right next to me, and the people across from me someone is usually home. Lucky for us, someone had to sign for the laptop because we had insurance on it. (needless to say by this point I'm so upset, because the ONE Christmas I get something I asked for and it "goes missing".
AFTER THAT we see on line that "someone" signed for it but we cant see who. It says one thing but we are like well the people around us didn't have it. So who has it....?

I will tell you who has it, the fucking driver stole it! Yes, he "signed" for it and took it because he figured we would get the money for it or whatever. HE DOES NOT KNOW ME OR MY MOTHER lol, so my mom is like "I don't understand how you cant find the driver when all this stuff is tracked and whatever and he has to come back to wherever you guys are. So how is that possible. " She threatened to stop the check on it and what not so they "amazingly" found him.

He finally comes back to my building like a few days later and is like "oh the people who had it opened it." Trust me when i said i was far from nice.

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DEAL WITH DHL BECAUSE THEY ALL ARE A LITTLE ON THE SHADY SIDE!
